Fruit smoothies usually contain a variety of fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mangoes, etc.), rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, dietary fiber, etc., which help to enhance immunity, antioxidants and maintain body functions. Stirring makes the nutrients easier to absorb, especially suitable for people with weak digestive function (such as the elderly or the recovery period after surgery), mix vegetables that children do not like to eat (spinach, carrots) with sweet fruits, improve picky eating, and increase the intake of vegetables and fruits.
The SUNKONZ multi-functional blender has performed well in making smoothies and has been used in many large coffee and tea brands at home and abroad, large international chain store brands, and well-known brands in Southeast Asia, here’s how to use the SUNKONZ multi-functional blender to make avocado kale smoothie and strawberry smoothie.
The ingredients used to make smoothies can be roughly divided into the following categories:
liquid
Such as milk, yogurt, water, etc.
These ingredients can increase turbulence during the mixing process, so that some ingredients on the pure liquid can be stirred more fully, prevent the mixing cup from idling during operation, reduce the working noise and improve the quality of the smoothie.
Soft ingredients with high moisture content
Such as watermelon, strawberry, orange, etc.
These fruits are very easy to whip and provide a large amount of liquid during the mixing process, which can increase the mixing efficiency of the machine.
Harder ingredients with low moisture content
Such as avocados, carrots, frozen fruits, etc.
This kind of ingredient is not easy to produce liquid during the mixing process, and the viscosity is relatively large, and the liquid can be better stirred fully under the premise of liquid participating in the mixing.
Ice cube
Ice cubes are one of the most important ingredients of smoothies, and it is not easy to make them contact with the blades when stirring at high speed in an environment with less liquid, forming idling phenomena in the cup and reducing the mixing efficiency, so they should be mixed with ingredients with more liquid content to improve the smoothie delicacy.
Vegetable
Such as kale, spinach, etc.
Water-soluble nutrients such as vitamin C and folic acid in green leafy vegetables are sensitive to oxygen and prolonged stirring. The addition at the end shortens the time of contact with air and reduces oxidation losses. Moderate retention of vegetable particles can enhance satiety and delay the rise in blood sugar.
Powder
Such as: matcha powder, smoothie powder, cocoa powder.
Powdered ingredients can enrich the taste of smoothies, but because they are dry and absorb water, they will reduce the moisture content of stirring mixtures, so it is often not necessary to add too much.
With a powerful power of 1800W and maximum speed up to 25,000 revolutions per minute, the SUNKONZ multi-functional blender can make smoothies without considering the order in which the ingredients are placed, allowing customers to add them freely to make delicate smoothies.
